Week 5 

Wehave been doing so much art and my favourite    was spot light stages

   this week has been fun because we made Spotlights with ms Scheveyns I had baby photos and a photo of me holding a 24 pound Snapper

where up to week 5 already, wow that's gone fast. what I enjoyed about school this week was having a big sausage sizzle, doing this really cool art with Mrs sheyvens  it was called spot light stages they look really cool. This week was awesome!

It has been an awesome week in kahikatea we have done spot light stages art in kahikatea with miss Schaveyns on Thursday.

week we did clay masks with Ms.ske the ingridients are 1 cup of salt and a cup of normal flour  and half a cup of water then mix it and then create what you want when your dough is not sticky !!!

Week four!!!

This week has been awesome with the swim sports and the clay masks.

The clay masks was fun because we made clay models of our faces it was AWESOME!!!

The swim sports was also cool because we had a lot of races,I got third on 2 length freestyle, 

Second on 2 length backstroke,second on relays and tied second with a lot of kids on dolphin dive.

It was so much fun.

I like making the masks because it was like making
glue I got a frirt. It was awesome.

cat on clothesline - Nikki ☆

Well  I am a bit worried  about  my  mums  cat because he has been doing  some  really  weird  stuff. Like  climbing  the clothesline , climbing  the  ladder  and playing in  plastic bags . He is a real  dumbo. He must of  hit his head  before  we got him . Once  he  got  a  plastic bag wrapped  around  his leg he went bilistic.

yay!!!! week 3 in my new class with my fabulous teacher Mrs Patterson,what i have enjoyed so far is swimming because i love to lear new fantastic skills my best skill is long legs long arms.Also i have made lots of friends in my wonderful class,what i don't like about kahikatea is the colour i think it should be rainbow colours to look fabulous but i also like it the way it is.

Week 3 Kahikatea - Nikki

Wow week three it still feels like week 1 it is so cool being in room kahikatea I now know my way all over the school.It is fun living in Carterton.Ilove going to Solwayschool . MRS  Paterson is very nice. Althought Iam not that happy about the heat.Cool  plants and trees everywhere. I wish I could make some more friends.

Wow its already week 3! I cant believe it although time does  fly when your having fun.We have learnt so much.Mrs Paterson is an amazing teacher. I know that this year I will learn a lot and Miss Scheyvens will teach us heaps to.

Back at School!!!

Hello my name is Takumi and the first three weeks of school was awesome because we drew are name pastels and they look amazing. about a day after we started school we went swimming in are pool that is about 1 meter deep and some times the water is a bit warm. then we made are awesome place mats that goes on are table. Well that it for now and if you want to check out my blog it is awesome well i think it is I also like halo just saying bye. Just one more thing i cant wait until year 6 camp.

It`s my third week in kahikatea and I'm enjoying it but i can not wait until year 6 camp in week 8 I think all the year sixes can`t wait until year six camp.     

Week 3 already!!

It is now week 3 and I have been enjoying it a lot . Tomorrow is the Solway school triathlon and the swimming sports are coming up and so is YEAR 6 CAMP!!! It's in week 8 ,which is only 5 weeks away.  But sadly today I poked my hand with something ,which I don't know what it was and that's what it has been like so far.

so far I have loved being in kahikatea it has been fun having my job as putting the PE gear away with Josh,Nathaniel and me after the first bell,we wait for for everyone to bring the stuff in then we put all the stuff away and leave to go back to class then we get into work.

This week i loved doing swimming|basic facts|reading|writing the beast thing is my friends are in my class.

What I have enjoyed is  pe swimming thank you Pam with pe swimming.   I like the stuff you kids have writed.  Pam i like your horses.i really like my name art.       I hope you liked what I have said.           THANK YOU!

It has been a spectacular week in kahikatea I can`t wait until year six camp I have met three new people it`s great in kahikatea

School Is Back!!!!

Hi my name is Josh, so far Kahikatea has been the best we've been doing so much work. I've been having a great time so far in Kahikatea and I'm finally with all my old mates. Also we've had 3 new people in one week. So far being a year six has been awesome cause finally I'm a seinier

It is week 2 in Kahikatea and I can't believe how much we've all learnt in such a short time.I love Kahikatea and I know that I'm going to have an amazing year with Mrs Paterson and all my Friends.
Mrs Paterson is an amazing teacher.

It has been a awesome few days in kahikatea because
I have made lots on new friends. My favorite part so far will have to be doing art because art is my favorite subject.
